Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Order processing time is 8–15 business days or less. This includes 7–10 business days to prepare your order before it ships.

All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days, including online tracking and text/email notifications.

Holiday Notice: Processing and shipping times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or peak seasons. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Each item is made to order with prayer, love, and dedication from Southern California.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Crowned With A Purpose is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please ensure your address is accurate before completing your checkout.

We do not cover lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is returned to Crowned With A Purpose as undeliverable, insufficient address, or wrong address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost, even if the original order qualified for free or discounted shipping.
